Follow these simple instructions for setting up links to my website that will earn you affiliate income (35%) on all resulting sales.
There are two different affiliate programs: one with ClickBank, that covers orders of the Roots Jam e-books (downloadable in Word or PDF formats); the other with CCNow, that covers all orders for printed books and/or CDs, which must be sent by mail. Combination orders (digital e-books plus printed books or CDs) go through CCNow.
CCNow Affiliates: Commission = 35%
To sign up as a CCNow affiliate for sales of Roots Jam books, simply go to:

Once you have signed up as an affiliate, go to the CCNow Marketplace ( http://ccnow.com/cgi-local/pmall.cgi ) to find the links to my Roots Jam books. Enter “nowick” where it says “Search for vendor.” You will also find instructions for creating links that will track sales to you.
